Trees

Dearest Adam,
I saw on your blog that you took a lot of pictures when there was lots of snow where you live.
I live in Massachusetts, and we just got a whole bunch of snow, but more importantly, a whole bunch of freezing rain.
And as I found out, freezing rain has a tendency to turn normal trees into beautiful ice sculptures that look like someone stole them out of a window at Macy's.

Isengard

Dearest Adam,
I've really been enjoying all of your posts about taking the hobbits to Isengard.
There are a few reasons for this.
1. I am a giant Lord of the Rings nerd. Don't tell.
2. When I read your tweet about the airplane pilot taking the hobbits to Isengard I actually burst out laughing. And because I was in my school's library at that particular moment in time there was quite a lot of  staring that followed.
3. I know now that whenever I'm having a bad day all I need to do is find that video and everything seems to instantly become better.
